CEBU CITY, Philippines — Charles Daniel Turla of Western Visayas (Region 6) posted a new Palarong Pambansa elementary boys javelin throw record at the Cebu City Sports Center on Friday, July 12.
Turla, playing in his first Palarong Pambansa, covered a distance of 60.26 meters to claim the gold medal.
