International Master (IM) Daniel Quizon of Dasmariñas, Cavite topped the 2nd Gov. Henry Oaminal Open Rapid Chess Tournament that ended on Wednesday at AYA Hotel and Residences in Clarin, Misamis Occidental.
Quizon held IM Michael Concio Jr., also of Dasmariñas, to a draw in the ninth and final round of the tournament to finish with 7.5 points.
