Marcos recognizes Fernando, PCEDO

CITY OF MALOLOS — Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando and the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office (PCEDO) received the Presidential Recognition for Outstanding Development Partner at Malacañang in Manila on Wednesday.

Fernando and PCEDO were cited for implementing the Invest Bulacan program and supporting micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) in the province.
