CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — A regional trial court (RTC) from the National Capital Region has ordered the arrest of three former employees of the Oriental Mindoro Electric Cooperative (Ormeco) and five other individuals for a case of estafa.
Ordered arrested by the RTC of Manila Branch 34 were former Ormeco general manager Engr. Patrocino Panagsagan Jr. and former employees Eric Rico and Ronie Morales and five other individuals identified as Vilma Bautista, Engr. David Borja, Imari Liza laced, Jeremy Maria Lacsina and lawyer Vicente Bonaobra II.
