Workplace wellness vs. lifestyle that kills

THIS article is dedicated to the life of a 42-year-old maintenance staff member who recently passed away due to cardiac arrest while playing basketball after office work. He was such a loss as he was a very reliable and productive employee, and was a friend to all.

According to his friends, he had an alcohol-drinking session, as usual, the night before his demise. His usual capacity was a 2-liter bottle of strong beer. He slept late, went to work, was sleepy and took a total of four bottles of energy drink that day. He left the office at 5 o'clock in the afternoon to join his basketball team. He just fainted while on a time-out. As no one in the community knew cardiopulmonary resuscitation, he was rushed to the hospital but was not revived anymore.
