HOSTING the Loss and Damage Fund (LDF) Board under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) gives the Philippines a platform to highlight the problem's scale and to call for action, Albay 2nd District Rep. Joey Salceda said.

On top of being elected to host the LDF Board, the country has won a seat in the board.
