KATIPUNAN ng Demokratikong Pilipino leader Carlos Valdes on Thursday decried the silence of the government on the reported presence of American intermediate and short-range nuclear missiles in local military bases covered by the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) between the United States and the Philippines.
Valdes also lamented the absence of reaction from the Department of National Defense (DND) and Department of Foreign Affairs on reports that China's hypersonic missiles were aimed at Philippine targets.
