SOME 158 senior cadets attended the graduation, recognition and ring hop ceremony of the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta (UPHSD) College of Maritime Education at the Ernesto Palanca Crisostomo Hall in Barangay Pamplona Tres, Las Piñas City, on July 5.
UPHSD President Anthony Jose Tamayo, co-founder and Chairman-Executive Board Chief Daisy Moran Tamayo, and College of Maritime Education Dean Chief Engineer Ferdinand Villamil led the program with this year's theme, "Road to Gold: Celebrating the Legacy of Character Building is Nation Building."
