Mayor Jeannie Sandoval leads awarding of CELA to 442 Malabueño families

ABOUT 442 Malabueño families may now call themselves as the owners of the lots where their homes were built as the Malabon City government awarded them with their Certificates of Eligibility for Lot Allocation (CELA) on Monday, July 1, as part of Mayor Jeannie Sandoval's goal to improve the quality of life in the city.

"Today we distributed the CELAs to the families living here in Malabon as part of our goal to provide better homes to the Malabueños. They no longer need to fear for their homes because the land it stands on will be theirs. This is the beginning of a better life for them with peace of mind and heart for their future. Congratulations, our dear Malabueños," Mayor Jeannie said.
