MANILA, Philippines — Quezon City authorities announced on Wednesday the arrest of two of three suspects who robbed, stabbed, and seriously wounded an 18-year-old female student of the University of the Philippines in Diliman.

Brig. Gen. Redrico Maranan of the Quezon City Police District said the suspects – 14 and 15 years old – are residents of Barangay (village) Krus na Ligas.
