Palou in talks with Chery Tiggo to allow Laure, Nierva to play for Alas

MANILA. Philippines — Premier Volleyball League (PVL) president Ricky Palou addressed the move of Chery Tiggo pulling out the duo of Eya Laure and Jennifer Nierva from Alas Pilipinas, stating that PVL clubs are 'mandated' to lend the players for the national team.

Laure and Nierva did not suit up for Alas Pilipinas during the FIVB 2024 Women's Volleyball Challenger Cup.
