MANILA, Philippines — Cloud formations over Visayas and Southern Luzon are forecast to bring rain while most parts of the archipelago will be fair, the state weather bureau said on Tuesday.

Weather specialist Rhea Torres of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the country would remain storm-free as no tropical cyclone has been monitored entering the Philippine Area of Responsibility in the next few days.
