FOREIGN sex offenders are strictly barred from entering the Philippines, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) said Monday.

Immigration Commissioner Norman Tansingco issued the warning after BI officers at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) stopped two foreign sex offenders from entering the country.
