A CHARITABLE event dubbed "Project: Ligaya" that will benefit orphanages in Bulacan was organized by a Taiwanese community held in Barangay Bonga Menor in Bustos town on Saturday.
With the theme "Bring Happiness from Taiwan to Bulacan's children," the project brought joy to 200 children from five orphanages as part of their program to strengthen the relationship between Taiwan and the Philippines.
