Oplan 'Checkmate' launched in Batangas

CAMP GEN. MIGUEL MALVAR, Batangas City — The Batangas Police Provincial Office (BPPO) has launched the revitalized Oplan 'Checkmate' aimed at curbing the rise of motorcycle-related crimes in Batangas province.

Batangas Provincial Police Director Col. Jack Malinao Jr said this operation is a response to the recent surge in crimes involving motorcycle riders.
