PH strategy is working, China has blinked

ONE of the strategies by pro-China apologists and mouthpieces is to deploy the war card to quell any anti-China voices among us, including even that of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. They continuously monger fear of China's possible armed retaliation.

Without trying to hide their pro-China idolatry, these people have made a cornerstone of their argument the allegation that it is actually the United States that China is after and that the move by President Marcos to return to the ambit of our Mutual Defense Treaty with the US has only made our situation more precarious. This line has been further amplified with Sen. Imee Marcos' disclosure that about 25 hypersonic missiles have been aimed by China toward the different EDCA sites in the Philippines.
