Bachmann: PSC needs 'house cleaning'

Early this week words came out that the contracts of at least 37 employees were not renewed by Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) chairman Richard Bachmann.

The following day, a white paper written by dissatisfied PSC employees reached the media lambasting the chairman for the mass layoff, among others.
