A BILL has been filed in the House of Representatives that would amend a provision in the Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2022 (Republic Act 11862) that defines underage workers.

In a statement on Thursday, Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) Party-list Rep. Marissa Magsino said the provision refers to a "child" as a person below 24 years old.
