THE National Electrification Administration (NEA) officially activated its National Command Center on Thursday, which will aid in the management of electric cooperatives and its projects all over the Philippines.

NEA Administrator Antonio Mariano Almeda said the initiative would help the agency monitor the conditions of electric cooperatives and their projects as well as provide warnings on possible power interruptions so they can respond accordingly.
