THREE state universities were hailed champions in their respective categories during the 7th Mechatronics and Robotics Society of the Philippines (MRSP) National Competition at the Department of Science and Technology-Metals Industry Research and Development Center Compound in Taguig City on June 18 and 19.

Bulacan State University (BulSU) reigned in the Robotics and Internet of Things (IoT) categories, while Technological University of the Philippines-Taguig (TUP-Taguig) topped the Mechatronics category. For the Research and Development (R&D) category, Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) in Pampanga was hailed as the champion.
