The Philippine women's softball team outplayed Hong Kong, 5-1, for a 2-0 start in pool A at the Canada Cup International Softball Championships early Wednesday morning (Manila time) in Surrey, British Columbia.
It was a total domination for the Blu Girls, who peppered their opponents with five runs in the first two innings and never looked back.
