MANILA, Philippines —The governments of the Philippines and China have agreed to explore ways to combat crimes linked to Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs), the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) said on Tuesday.
This, after Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian met Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, chairman of the PAOCC, on Monday, July 1.
