THE Philippine Chamber of Telecommunications Operators (PCTO) on Tuesday urged stakeholders to work together against scam messages.

PCTO President and Globe Telecom Inc. legal counsel Froilan Castelo said there has been a noted rise in malicious messages being sent to the public outside of cellular networks. This, he added, makes tracing and blocking them difficult.
