JO workers to get 'premium pay'

CEBU CITY — Job order (JO) employees of the city government will receive premium pay following the city council's approval of an ordinance.

The ordinance, passed during the regular session on Wednesday, introduces a 'service premium' granting bonuses to JOs twice a year — every May and November.
