ILOILO CITY — The Sangguniang Panglungsod here has approved a resolution for the excavation and restoration of Fort San Pedro Iloilo, a structure built in the 1600s that has a significant cultural property.
The city council in its regular session on June 26 approved the resolution allowing the city government to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts and the National Museum of the Philippines (NMP).
