'Thank you for DepEd post'

MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Juan Edgardo Angara accepted with 'humility and a profound sense of duty' his appointment as the next secretary of the Department of Education (DepEd).

On Tuesday, the senator said he was deeply honored and grateful to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. for 'the trust' he has placed in him by appointing him as new DepEd chief.
