ILOILO CITY — The Dinagyang Festival from Iloilo City triumphed at this year's Aliwan Fiesta street dance competition in Pasay City, successfully defending its title for the second consecutive year.

The festival, represented by Tribu Pan-ay of Fort San Pedro National High School, featured a story revisiting how the Spaniards under Miguel Lopez de Legazpi established a settlement when they arrived in Panay Island in 1566.
