THE law creating the Bulacan Special Economic Zone and Freeport (Bulacan EcoZone) would speed up the development of Central Luzon, Cagayan de Oro City 2nd District Rep. Rufus Rodriguez said. The measure, Republic Act (RA) 11999, lapsed into law last June 13.
