LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — For the second consecutive year, Tayug town received a lion's share from the province's collection of sand and gravel extraction fees from January to March this year.

This was learned during the awarding of quarry operations shares to 13 towns and 28 villages at the Urduja House here last weekend.
