Miru Systems Co., Ltd., led by its president, Jinbok Chung and vice president, Ken Cho, opens its four-story plant in South Korea to the Commission on Elections (Comelec) and select members of Philippine media in June to show the process by which its automated counting machines (ACMs) are assembled. The tour was part of efforts by the technology firm to be transparent in its production of the ACMs for the 2025 midterm polls.
