BAGUIO CITY — The city government signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Wednesday at City Hall for digital interconnectivity with the traffic enforcement department as a means to promote road safety.
The MoA for the implementation of the LTO-Local Government Unit Interconnectivity System in the Summer Capital was signed by Mayor Benjamin Magalong and LTO Assistant Secretary Vigor Mendoza II.
