CEBU CITY — A 41-year-old woman was arrested by the police after she failed to pay for a P5,000 e-wallet GCash transaction at a local sari-sari store here.
The incident occurred on Monday afternoon, at 12:15 p.m. at Sitio Avalle, Barangay T. Padilla. Authorities identified the suspect as Almalyn, a resident of Sitio Eagles of the same barangay.
