SEN. Bong Go cited the significance of preserving the culture and heritage during his visit in Cataingan, Masbate, on Monday, which happened to be the last day of the annual Bagat-Dagat Festival held at Masbate Lagoon in Barangay Matayum.
Bagat-Dagat, which means "to meet and to celebrate," is a festival that has been celebrated for 10 years.
