ILOILO CITY — The No. 1 most wanted person in the province of Iloilo was arrested in Barangay San Julian, Janiuay town, on Tuesday.
The Iloilo Provincial Police Office (IPPO) said the suspect, identified as alias "Boy-Boy," 28, a laborer and resident of Barangay Yabon in this town, was apprehended on the strength of a warrant of arrest.
