SPEAKER Martin Romualdez said Wednesday he expects the creation of the National Kidney and Transplant Institute's 13-story hemodialysis center would save more Filipinos from kidney ailments requiring dialysis.
He made the statement as he and other officials broke ground on the more than P2-billion facilities that will be situated in the NKTI's lot that has been occupied by illegal business retailers for nearly 40 years.
