VICE President Sara Duterte said a noticeable scar on her neck was the result of a failed attack, but she offered no other information.

'Sinubukan nila akong i-gurgur, pero hindi sila nagtagumpay (They tried to slash me, but they failed),' Duterte said in a video that has been circulating online.
