THE Philippines hopes to hold a dialogue with China to resolve their differences peacefully, Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo told the Senate on Tuesday.
The Senate Committee on Foreign Relations conducted an inquiry on the reported harassment on June 17 by the China Coast Guard (CCG) of a Philippine resupply mission to the beached BRP Sierra Madre in Ayungin Shoal.
