Marina drives SBSR development

THE Maritime Industry Authority (Marina) is spearheading efforts to modernize and expand the Philippine shipbuilding and ship repair (SBSR) industry, aiming to solidify its position among the world's leading shipbuilding nations.

Administrator Sonia Malaluan emphasized the importance of the Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Development Bill, a key component of the Maritime Industry Development Plan (MIDP) 2028.
