SKorean factory fire kills 18 Chinese

(UPDATE) SEOUL — Eighteen Chinese citizens are among the more than 20 people killed in a massive fire at a South Korean lithium battery plant, the fire department said on Monday, one of the East Asian country's worst factory disasters in years.

Over 100 people were working in the facility when workers heard a series of explosions from the second floor, where lithium-ion batteries were being inspected and packaged, firefighter Kim Jin-young told the media.
