TUGUEGARAO CITY — The Department of Trade and Industry in Region 2 (DTI-2) is making an effort to elevate micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in product development practices and design skills in both virtual and onsite training.
SME Development Division Officer in Charge Desiree Angolluan said the agency in the Cagayan Valley region is helping MSMEs stay ahead with unique and trend-setting designs in the domestic and global markets.
