TUGUEGARAO CITY — Police seized P3.6 million worth of marijuana bricks from a motorcycle that crashed onto a sedan in Sitio Nasgueban, Appas, Tabuk City, Kalinga on late Saturday afternoon, a police spokesman said on Monday.
Cpt. Ruffy Manganip, Kalinga Police information officer, said that the overspeeding motorcycle slammed onto a Honda Civic, which was then on its way to Bulanao.
