WRITING about management theories improves my learning experience, as they give me enough opportunity to analyze the logic behind them. At times, my articles attract people who invite me as a resource speaker on various topics under human resources (HR) and total quality management (TQM).

Some clients pay me good money while acknowledging the fact that they don't have internal experts to support them. Those who can't afford my services get them for free, on certain conditions. In both cases, I would request them to assign a shadow person who will document the results of our workshop and internalize the key points of my message.
