Balisacan: 'Gov't must have flexibility to re-examine tools'

ANOTHER review of tariff rates, among other measures, should be considered if the economic environment calls for further government action, a Cabinet official said.

'If the situation changes, the government must have that flexibility to re-examine its tools,' Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Arsenio Balisacan told reporters on Monday.
