KYIV — At least three people were killed in a Russian bombing attack on Ukraine's second city, Kharkiv, on Saturday afternoon, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
Another 38 people were wounded in the attack, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
