Thunderbelles secure No. 1 pick in first-ever PVL draft

MANILA, Philippines — ZUS Coffee Thunderbelles (formerly Strong Group Athletics), gained the No.1 pick in the first-ever Premier Volleyball League (PVL) 2024 draft pick after winning the lottery at the TV5 Media Center on Tuesday.

After finishing as cellar dwellers (0-11) in its debut in the PVL 2024 All-Filipino Conference, ZUS continued to revamp its team after having a high chance of 40 percent to secure the top pick.
