Tomato Confit recipe

I recently got some good deals from our friends over at Rural Rising, the social enterprise that sustainably helps farmers up north by promoting quality produce to consumers.

One of those was the cherry tomato snap buy, where I got two kilos for only P249. When my produce arrived, our daughter also sent us the same from Benguet and so it's best to look for ways to preserve this.
