Scheffler secures spot in Paris Olympic Games

LONDON — World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler is set to play at the Paris Olympics.

The qualifying period for the event came to an end after the US Open at Pinehurst over the weekend when Rory McIlroy finished as runner-up to US star Bryson DeChambeau after squandering a two-shot lead with five holes to play.
