BAGUIO CITY — This city has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with two government agencies to address the groundwater issues hounding the Summer Capital.
The city government, represented by Mayor Benjamin Magalong, inked a deal with the National Water Regulatory Board (NWRB) and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Cordillera (DENR-CAR) for the purpose of determining groundwater problems made worse by clandestine deep wells.
