CEBU CITY — Residential customers of Visayan Electric in Metro Cebu can expect a reduction in electricity bills as the utility company implements a P2.43 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) decrease in average rates for the billing month of June and July.
The decrease translates to a savings of P486 for a household with a monthly electric consumption of 200 kWh.
