INFANTA, Pangasinan — Fishermen here who reported seeing on Tuesday a foreign vessel in the West Philippine Sea (WPS) about 40 nautical miles (nm) from this town's coastline were no longer sure about what they saw.
Cpt. Christopher Nacional, this town's police chief, said that the fishermen signed affidavits saying that they were not certain that what they saw was China's or another country's ship.
